Lung Cancer Screening

Our GP practice is now part of a national initiative to offer NHS lung cancer screening.

You may be invited to have a lung health check if you are registered with us and are aged between 55 and 74.

So far, lung cancer screening has taken place in a number of locations across Surrey and Sussex. It will continue to roll out to all locations over the next four years.

If you meet the eligibility requirements, people will automatically be invited to take part when the screening service reaches their area.

If you receive a lung cancer screening invitation in the post, don’t ignore it. Please take part.
