Repeat Prescriptions

To request a repeat prescription please post or fax (01306 742280) your repeat prescription request slip making sure you tick which items you require. Alternatively, you may write to us stating the names of the medication and quantity needed or else order on line by following the link on this page.

Your prescription will normally be ready for collection at the surgery after 48 hours. If you would like your prescription posted back to you, please enclose a stamp addressed envelope with your request. Please state whether you wish to collect your prescription from the surgery or from one of the pharmacies in Dorking. If you wish us to send your prescription to a local pharmacy, you will need to allow extra time.

Prescriptions Charges and Exemptions
