IBS Psychological Help
Centre for Psychology can offer psychological support on a 1:1 basis, and on a group basis for those who prefer meeting others with direct understanding of living with IBS. We work in a person-centred and collaborative way, where the person is the expert in their condition and we’re the experts in mental health. Together, we work to develop healthier coping mechanisms, reduce psychological distress and support overall self-management of their condition to improve their quality of life.
